About Michelle Rae
For more than a decade, with her core associates by her side, President and CEO Michelle Rae Gula has been engaging bankers across all levels of all types of financial institutions.
Beginning as an analyst in early 1999 and eventually diversifying to strategic planning, tactical consulting and enterprise education, she challenged banks to realize opportunities for high performance beyond the balance sheet.
In 2007, the established national author and veteran industry speaker decided to translate her long-held belief – that the human element is at the same time a bank’s most valuable resource and volatile risk – into an independent firm focused on succession planning, strategic planning, and training and education.
